Update.
AP admits initial reports on Qana casualties was doubled and offers excuses. AP now cites Human Rights Watch that reported late Wednesday on 28 people died in the village Sunday after it was hit - not 54 as the Human Rights Watch (and AP itself added two to this number) initially reported.
